Jailed mahathg Sukesh has written a letter to Delhi's Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and has accused Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain of giving Rs 10 crore as protection money.
New Delhi: Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is in jail in the money laundering case, has claimed that he has given 10 crore rupees to Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain as protection money. Regarding this, Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi VK Saxena from jail and has made serious allegations against AAP leader Jain.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar wrote in his letter, Satyendra Jain constantly forced me to give money. He wrote that due to pressure, an amount of 10 crores was recovered from me in a span of 2-3 months. Sukesh claimed that the entire money was taken by Chaturvedi, a close aide of Satyendar Jain in Kolkata. Sukesh has also alleged that he was also threatened in jail.
Sukesh said that Satyendra Jain is lodged in Tihar Jail for the last 7 months. They have threatened me by DG Jail and Jail Administration. I was asked to withdraw the complaint filed in the High Court. I was harassed and threatened continuously.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar said that I was arrested in 2017 and I was lodged in Tihar Jail. Satyendra Jain was the jail minister at that time. He came to jail several times and told me not to inform about the donations given to you in front of the investigating agency.
In a letter to Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, Chandrashekhar said, in the year 2019, Satyendra Jain again came to jail. At that time he was accompanied by his secretary and friend Sushil. Satyendra Jain asked me for 2 crore rupees every month as protection money. So that I can live safely in jail and I can get basic facilities in jail. After this letter of Sukesh, there can be strong rhetoric in politics.
