The people of Rajasthan have got a big gift from the Railways. Indian Railways has announced to run the fourth Vande Bharat Express train for Rajasthan. This new Vande Bharat train is going to run between Jaipur to Chandigarh. Chandigarh is the capital of both the states of Punjab and Haryana and is a union territory. Although the date of this train has not been decided yet. But it is believed that it will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi even before the assembly elections.
For a long time, there is a demand for operation of Vande Bharat Express train on Chandigarh-Jaipur rail track in Ambala division. The running of this new train between Jaipur and Chandigarh will not only save the time of passengers, but also increase convenience. On the other hand, work on the new Ratlam-Banswara-Dungarpur rail line has resumed after a gap of four years. Railways has sought acquired land from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan government.

Now more than Rs 6000 crore will be spent on this 192 kilometer long rail line. Railways closed it four years ago. It has been restarted in an election year.
Three Vande Bharat trains in Rajasthan
At the same time, it was told that the fourth Vande Bharat will be different from the earlier three trains which are already running in Rajasthan. Presently three Vande Bharat trains are running on Jodhpur to Sabarmati, Jaipur to Udaipur and Jaipur to Delhi routes.
