Jammu & Kashmir: Kashmiri Pandit Puran Krishan Bhat shot dead by terrorists in Shopian district

Jammu-Kashmir: On Saturday, In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists have once again carried out the incident of target killing. This time he has targeted the Kashmiri Pandit instead of the outside laborer. Terrorists shot and injured a Kashmiri Pandit in Shopian district of Kashmir Zone. He died during treatment. The victim was identified as Pooran Krishan Bhat son of Tarak Nath Bhat.

Jammu-Kashmir: On Saturday, In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists have once again carried out the incident of target killing. This time he has targeted the Kashmiri Pandit instead of the outside laborer. Terrorists shot and injured a Kashmiri Pandit in Shopian district of Kashmir Zone. He died during treatment. The victim was identified as Pooran Krishan Bhat son of Tarak Nath Bhat.

A officer said, “Puran Krishan Bhat was attacked near his residence in the Chowdhary Gund area of south Kashmir district. He added that doctors declared Mr Bhat brought dead after he was shifted to a Shopian hospital.”

On the target killing of Kashmiri Pandits in Shopian, BJP state president Ravindra Raina said that in the last one month, the security forces and police are running all out operations to eliminate the terrorists. Terrorists are scared of this, that is why they are attacking the youth. But they should remember that the terrorists who attack the youth and the local people will not be spared.

The incidents of target killing in Jammu and Kashmir have increased from April-May this year. On May 12, terrorists shot at an officer of the Revenue Department in Budgam district. Entering the Tehsil office, the terrorists targeted an officer named Kashmiri Pandit Rahul Bhatt. Rahul died during treatment in the hospital.
