Jamnagar: A two-year-old girl fell into a borewell in Gujarat’s Jamnagar on Saturday. The innocent trapped in the borewell was rescued after 21 hours of struggle, but she could not be saved. After removing the girl from the borewell, she was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. The girl’s name was Roshni.
Rescued after 21 hours
The girl was rescued with the help of NDRF. Roshni was pulled out of the borewell after 21 hours. The NDRF team was successful in evacuating the girl. The girl was taken out today i.e. Sunday morning at around 5:45 am. The girl had fallen into the borewell at 9:30 am on Saturday.
Body sent for postmortem
After taking out the girl child, the city’s G.I. Yes. Shifted to the hospital, where the doctors of the hospital checked up the girl child and declared her brought dead. The hospital has sent the girl for postmortem. After this, the body of the girl child will be handed over to her parents.

The girl was trapped in the borewell at a depth of 25-30 feet. The incident took place in Tamachan village near the border of Jamwantali in Jamnagar tehsil, where there was a borewell near a farm.
