Jaunpur. On Monday morning around 10 am, unknown miscreants brutally murdered journalist and BJP leader Ashutosh Srivastava, resident of Sabrahadd village, by firing bullets in Imranganj market of Shahganj police station area of ​​Jaunpur district of UP.

The murder in broad daylight spread sensation in the entire area. On the other hand, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. Top officials of the district have reached the spot.

The body has been sent for post-mortem. It is reported that Ashutosh Srivastava was a BJP leader along with being a journalist. Why was the murder done and who did it? The police is investigating this. The journalists of Jaunpur are very angry with this murder.

It has been reported that Ashutosh Srivastava had appealed for the protection of his life and property through a letter to CO Shahganj and Police Station in-charge Shahganj a month ago, but the police did not pay any attention and neither did they consider the application of Ashutosh Srivastava, the result of which is that the dominant miscreants shot and killed Ashutosh Srivastava at 10 am today, Monday and fled.
