Jharkhand: 3 dead after sand-laden dumper rams into another in East Singhbhum district

Jharkhand: On Wednesday, an official said that three people were dead after a sand-laden dumper rammed into another from behind in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. After receiving information about this incident, local police reached on the spot.

Jharkhand: On Wednesday, an official said that three people were dead after a sand-laden dumper rammed into another from behind in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. After receiving information about this incident, local police reached on the spot.

Giving details about this incident, an officer said that The incident happened when a dumper laden with sand broke down on the road and the driver of the vehicle and his assistant were repairing it on National Highway 33 near Phuldungari in Ghatshila police station area.

Sub-Inspector RK Singh of Ghatsila police station said that another sand-laden dumper hit the parked vehicle from behind, resulting in the death of the driver of the speeding vehicle and the people engaged in repairing the parked dumper.

He added that the three decades, identified as 23-year-old Pavitra Karmakar, 24-year-old Sanoj Karmakar and 26-year-old Ambuj Mahato. After the accident they were taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared them dead.
