Jitin Prasad has been elected MP from Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. He took oath as a minister at the Center in the third term of the Modi government. He has been included in the cabinet of PM Modi's government as a big Brahmin face from Uttar Pradesh.

Jitin Prasada: Jitin Prasad, Minister of Public Works Department in Yogi Adityanath government, has resigned from his post. Actually, now Jitin Prasad has now become a minister at the Centre. In the third term of the Modi government, Jitin Prasad has been made Minister of State in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Jitin Prasad has been elected MP from Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. He took oath as a minister at the Center in the third term of the Modi government. He has been included in the cabinet of PM Modi’s government as a big Brahmin face from Uttar Pradesh.

Let us tell you that Jitin Prasad was once counted among the veteran leaders of Congress but in 2021, he resigned from Congress and took membership of BJP. After this, BJP sent him to the Legislative Council and in the second term of Yogi Adityanath government in 2022, he was given the responsibility of Public Works Department.

After this, BJP fielded him from Pilibhit in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. Jitin Prasad won the election from Pilibhit by a huge margin and has now been made a minister in the third term of the Modi government.
