J&K police imposes curfew in Bhaderwah town in view of communal tension, internet shutdown

Bhaderwah: The atmosphere is already very hot in Jammu and Kashmir regarding the target killing, while now in view of the communal tension, Jammu and Kashmir Police (Jammu and Kashmir) Police imposed curfew after conducting a flag march in Bhaderwah town of Doda district. Now the administration has also stopped internet services in Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban including Bhaderwah. Police say that they are monitoring the situation and no one who violates law and order will be spared.

According to the information given by the local administration officials, an attempt was made to create communal tension in the town through social media, in view of which a large number of security forces were deployed in the communally sensitive town. Is. At the same time, the army has been called to maintain peace and as a precautionary mobile and internet service has been stopped.

It is being told that a statement has been issued from a mosque in Bhaderwah, Jammu regarding the objectionable remarks of Nupur Sharma. Due to which a situation of communal tension had arisen in Bhaderwah. Due to which a large number of security forces were deployed to strengthen the security system of the area.

According to sources, a case has been registered against the accused who posted an purported video on social media giving provocative announcement from a mosque in Bhaderwah, Jammu. At present, further investigation is being done in this. At the same time, the police have tried to convince the people by giving a warning that those who take the law in their hands will not be spared.

Along with this, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has informed that a case has been registered under sections 295-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code at Bhaderwah police station against the cleric who made inflammatory speeches and the matter is being investigated. At present, the situation is said to be under control.

It is being told that the Muslim community called for a bandh in Bhaderwah on the objectionable remarks made by BJP’s national spokesperson Nupur Sharma against Prophet Muhammad. The Muslim community was demanding the arrest of Nupur Sharma.
