A crowd of about 500-600 people gathered near the dargah on Friday night. The police appealed to the people not to block the road, but around 10.15 pm, angry people pelted stones at the police team.

Junagadh news:As soon as the notice to remove the illegal dargah was issued in Junagadh, Gujarat, the Muslim community started protesting against it. Now this protest has turned into a ruckus. There was a lot of ruckus in Junagadh, Gujarat last night. As soon as the police reached the Majewadi area to remove the illegal dargah, the crowd present there became furious and angry people pelted stones at the police team, in which four policemen including DSP were injured. Police say that one person has died due to stone pelting. The police is probing the incident and the rioters are being identified from the CCTV footage. , So far the police have taken 174 people into custody in this case.

The crowd has created a lot of uproar. There is a lot of tension in the area since the incident. At the same time, after the incident, the dargah has now been asked to reply to the notice in five days.

According to the information, the Dargah located at Majewadi Gate of Junagadh was given notice by the Junagadh Municipal Corporation to present the documents within 5 days. About 600 people had gathered there to oppose the notice on the previous day.
