Kochi: Emergency landing of ALH Dhruv helicopter during chopper testing

New Delhi: There is a big news related to ALH Dhruv Mark-III helicopter (ALH Dhruv Mark-III helicopter) of Indian Coast Guard in Kochi. A case of emergency landing of ALH Dhruva Mark-3 helicopter has come to light. A Coast Guard helicopter crashed after taking off from the Kochi airport. One person has been injured in this accident. It is believed to be the pilot. According to the information, the pilot of this force was testing the helicopter.

Following the incident, ICG is currently working towards resuming operations of the ALH Dhruv fleet. The ICG officer has given this information.Meanwhile ALH Dhruv Mark-3 helicopter was forced to land. The chopper was flying at a height of about 25 feet when it had to make a forced landing. ICG is working towards resuming operations of the ALH pole fleet. This information has been given by the ICG officer.

A fleet of ALH Dhruva helicopters has been deployed since March 8 after a Navy helicopter crashed off the coast of Mumbai.It is worth noting that sometimes helicopters and planes have to make emergency landings due to technical malfunctions.

In December last year, the Indian Air Force’s Chetak helicopter had to make an emergency landing due to a technical fault. The aircraft and crew were completely safe. Air Force PRO Ashish Moghe gave this information.

Moghe said that due to a technical fault in Pune, the Air Force helicopter had to make an emergency landing. The landing was made in a field about 6 km from Baramati towards Paltan town. Police stationed at the landing site confirmed that the helicopter had some technical fault. Another helicopter arrived to bring in qualified Air Force technicians to identify and repair the malfunction.
