It has also been alleged that in lieu of the job, the candidates, either directly or through their close relatives and family members, sold land to the family members of Rashtriya Janata Dal chief and the then Railway Minister Lalu Prasad at rates much below market rates. given or gifted.

Apart from these, Raj Kumar Singh, Mithilesh Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, Ravindra Ray, Kiran Devi, Akhileshwar Singh, Ramashish Singh, residents of Mahjabagh of Patna, Bindol village of Bihta and Patna city have also Played an important role in this conspiracy.

What is land for job scam?

Between 2004 and 2009, Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Railway Minister in the UPA government. It is alleged that there was a scam in railway recruitment when Lalu was the railway minister. It is being said that instead of getting jobs, land and plots were taken from the applicants.

CBI after investigation in this matter registered a case against Lalu Prasad Yadav and his daughter Misa Bharti. It is alleged that the lands that were taken were also taken in the name of Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti.

CBI court had given instructions to appear on 15

In this case, Special Judge Gitanjali Goyal had issued summons to all the accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Misa Bharti on February 27 and directed them to appear in the court on March 15. In such a situation, it is believed that all of them can appear in the court today.
