Lekhpal Appointment Letter Distribution: CM Yogi Adityanath Emphasizes Merit-Based Recruitment

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the Revenue Department recruitment for 2022 has been completed by the Subordinate Services Selection Commission. He said that some people have their nature. To create obstacles and mislead in good works. They faced hurdles in this work too, but the Subordinate Services Selection Commission went to the Supreme Court and today this appointment letter is being distributed. Once this process is completed, the appointment process of 30837 accountants in the state will be completed. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was speaking at the distribution program of appointment letters to 7720 accountants at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow on Wednesday.

He said that the appointment process has been going on fairly by the government for the last 7 years. Because of this, more than 6 lakh youth are contributing to the progress of the state. The Police Department alone recruited one lakh 55 thousand youth. Now youth are being recruited as per their merit without discrimination and following the reservation rules.

Attacking the previous SP government of the state, he said that before 2017, there were many problems in the recruitment process. A family used to divide districts among themselves and uncles and nephews used to go out on recovery, but fairness in the appointment process has brought confidence among the youth. The faith of the youth is our strength. He said that this is the same state where when the youth used to go out, they were already screened out but today the youth are respected. People have understood that this is New Uttar Pradesh. There are new youth. He said that the intentions of the earlier governments were not clear. Nepotism was prevalent. There were stays from the court. The money went into the pockets of government henchmen and brokers.
