LPG Cylinder Price: Domestic gas cylinder prices did not increase, commercial cylinders became cheaper

LPG Cylinder Price: On the first day of the new financial year, the common people have got a big relief on the inflation front. That is, on April 1, 2023, oil marketing companies have made a big cut in the prices of LPG cylinders, giving great relief to their customers. Companies have reduced the rates of LPG cylinders by Rs 92. This reduction has been made in the rates of commercial cylinders. On the other hand, if we talk about domestic LPG cylinders, then they are available at their old rates. After the reduction of Rs 92, there has been a reduction in the prices of commercial cylinders in the entire country including Delhi.

These reduced prices have come into force from today itself. According to the website of IOCL, after this reduction, the price of commercial gas cylinders has been reduced by Rs 91.50 in the country’s capital Delhi and Mumbai. At the same time, it has become cheaper by Rs 89.50 in Kolkata and Rs 75.50 in Chennai. After which the commercial gas cylinder is now available at Rs 2028 in Delhi, Rs 1980 in Mumbai, Rs 2132 in Kolkata, and Rs 2192.50 in Chennai.

No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder

On the other hand, the prices of domestic gas cylinders are stable. That is, domestic gas cylinders are available at the old price only. For domestic LPG cylinder, you will have to pay the same amount as before. Currently, domestic gas cylinders are available for Rs 1,103 in Delhi, Rs 1,102.50 in Mumbai, Rs 1,129 in Kolkata and Rs 1,118.50 in Chennai.
