A fire broke out after an explosion in an illegal firecracker factory. Police and fire brigade were informed. There are reports of many people trapped and efforts are being made to rescue them.

After receiving the information, police and fire brigade teams reached the spot. The police took the injured to the hospital where they are undergoing treatment and after filling the Panchnama of the bodies, sent them for post-mortem. Police are investigating the matter to find out how the illegal firecracker factory was being run.

On the explosion in an illegal firecracker factory in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, Collector Mayank Aggarwal said, “Information was received about an explosion in an illegal factory in the middle of the city. Three people have been found dead in the incident and 10 are undergoing treatment. “An investigation has been ordered and action will be taken against the culprits.”

Initial investigation revealed that this factory and warehouse near Bada Pul in Damoh was running illegally. The administration has been informed several times about this deadly factory running here, but no concrete steps have been taken. However, the administration is now investigating this matter seriously.
