Madhya Pradesh: 5 killed after car hits tree on NH43 in Umaria

New Delhi: An early hours of Monday, A terrible accident has occurred on Shahdol-Umaria highway NH 43 in Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh. 5 people died after a high-speed car hit a tree on Shahdol-Umaria High NH 43. Umaria district SP Nivedita Naidu gave this information on Monday morning.

The incident took place near Madari Dhaba of Ghunghuti Chowki in Umaria district at around 3 am. The car of 5 people, including a mining officer, was out of control and collided with a tree, after which the car caught fire on the spot and all the people died. These five people were returning from a birthday party.

Shailendra Chaturvedi Ghunghuti, in-charge of the outpost, while giving information, said that all the deceased were aged between 30 to 35 years, and most of them were government employees. A case has been registered, and an investigation is currently underway.

He further said that five people, including Shahdol Mineral Department Inspector Pushpendra Tripathi, Public Service Management Avnish Dubey, Prakash Jagat, Amit Shukla, Dinesh Sariwan and Engineer Gohparu went to Umaria district for a birthday party.
