Pateria was seen telling the workers that “PM Modi will end elections, PM Modi will divide on the basis of religion, caste, language. The lives of Dalits, tribals and minorities are in danger. If the Constitution is to be saved, Be ready to kill PM Modi”. However, later Raja Patria appeared in the video giving the definition of the word murder as defeat and said that murder means defeat.
A First Information Report (FIR) was registered on Monday afternoon at the Pawai police station in Panna district against the Congress leader and former state minister, Raja Pateria, for making the remarks against the prime minister.
Panna police arrested former minister Raja Pateria from his residence Hata. Panna police surrounded his house at 4 am and Raja Pateria was arrested at 5.30 am. The police took Patria to Powai police station. There he will be produced in the court this morning.
