Palghar: In yet another shocking incident, a man allegedly strangulated his 50-year-old mother to death and tried to pass it off as a suicide in Thane district of Maharashtra. The police gave this information on Wednesday. The incident took place on Monday in Kalyan town and the 34-year-old accused, Ravi Poomani, was arrested on Tuesday, Inspector SG Gawli of Kolsewadi police station said.
