Pune: In yet another tragic incident, Four people were killed on the spot and about 20 others received injuries after a bus hit a stationary truck on Pune-Solapur highway in Maharashtra on Wednesday morning. The injured have been admitted to hospital. The accident was so severe that a part of the bus was badly damaged.
According to the information, the accident happened at 5 in the morning. A luxury bus was going towards Pune. Meanwhile, a truck was standing on the side of the highway near Yavat village in Pune district, in which the bus collided from the left side. The left side of the bus was badly crushed in the accident.
4 died on the spot
In the accident, 4 people traveling in the bus died on the spot. At the same time, 20 people have suffered serious injuries. All the injured were taken to the hospital with the help of an ambulance, where they are undergoing treatment.
