Mumbai: A horrific road accident took place near Nagar Nigam Bhawan in Mumbai on Thursday night. One person died and two people were injured after a car collided with a truck last night near Navi Mumbai Nagar Nigam Bhawan in Navi Mumbai.
After receiving information about this incident, police officers were reached on the spot and admitted the injured people to the hospital. An FIR has been registered in the case and investigation is underway.
The accident took place in the Nerul area near NMMC headquarters. The injured are said to be in a critical condition. In a video of the accident showed that the car could be seen in a dilapidated condition over the divider and a part of it is stuck under the truck.
Giving information about this incident Pramod Toradmal, Senior Police Inspector, NRI Police Station said, “A youth has died and two people have been injured in a collision between a truck and a car. At present, a case has been registered and investigation has started.”
