Maharashtra: Several workers feared trapped after massive fire breaks out at Nashik factory

Massive fire breaks out after a huge boiler explodes in a factory in Nashik, Maharashtra. According to the information received so far, there is a possibility of many laborers being trapped in the factory. Around a dozen fire tenders from Igatpuri and Nashik city have also reached the spot.

Nashik: Massive fire breaks out after a huge boiler explodes in a factory in Nashik, Maharashtra. According to the information received so far, there is a possibility of many laborers being trapped in the factory.

Officials said that the fire broke out at 11 am in a factory located in Nashik’s Mundhegaon village after a massive boiler explosion. Many fire engines are trying to extinguish the fire on the spot.

The fire in the factory is said to be very frightening. So far, about 11 people have been taken out. Many employees are trapped inside. So far, there is no correct information about the exact number of laborers trapped inside. Beds are being vacated in District Hospital, Medical College, Municipal Corporation. However, according to the officials, no cause of the fire has been known yet. At present, relief and rescue efforts are going on.
