Massive fire breaks out in slums of Transport Nagar in Delhi’s Punjabi Bagh; no casualty reported

New Delhi: The incident of fire in slums has come to light last night in Transport Nagar area of ​​Delhi’s Punjabi Bagh. After the fire, there was a stir in the whole area. The local people first tried to control the fire. After this, the police-administration and fire department have been informed about the fire.

After getting the information, about 13 fire tenders reached the spot and brought the fire under control. The local police said no casualty was reported in the incident.

SDO Batti Lal Meena said, “The fire in the slums was reported at 1:30 am, after which 12-13 fire engines brought the fire under control by 4 am.”
