In Greater Noida West, a massive fire broke out in a market area near Char Murti Chowk. Thanks to the prompt response from fire services, the blaze was quickly brought under control. The incident, which took place within the Bisrakh Police Station’s jurisdiction, also affected several ‘dhabas’ in the vicinity.
The fire’s origin is attributed to a short circuit, as per initial reports. Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties or injuries resulting from the incident.
Pradeep Kumar, Chief Fire Officer (CFO), provided insights into the situation: “We received reports of a fire outbreak in several ‘dhabas’ at Gaur City Circle. Ten fire tenders promptly arrived at the scene, where six ‘dhabas’ and two shops were found ablaze. The situation is now under control, and cooling operations are in progress.”
