New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal received death threats late on Monday night. The accused threatened to kill Arvind Kejriwal by making a PCR call at 12.05 am on Monday night. After the call, the Delhi Police swung into action and identified him. He was caught within no time.
A 38-year-old mentally challenged man allegedly threatened to kill Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, police said on Tuesday.
Police reportedly received a call about the threat around 12.05 am.
Police said the man has not been arrested as he was of unsound mind.
The caller was a 38-year-old mentally challenged person. The accused is also undergoing treatment at Gulabi Bagh in Delhi. Police said that the person has not been arrested as he was mentally unsound. However, he is being interrogated in custody.
