The Baja California shooting incident occurred during a car show in Mexico, killing 10 road racers. The attack occurred during an all-terrain car racing show in the San Vicente area of ​​the city of Ensenada, according to the Baja California State Attorney General’s Office.

Reports of 911 calls showed that several men with long guns got out of a gray van and began firing at participants at a gas station at approximately 2:18 a.m. local time, Reuters reported. Municipal and state police, marines, fire departments and the Mexican Red Cross, along with other agencies, arrived at the scene.

Mayor Armando Ayala Robles said that state Attorney General Ricardo Ivan Carpio Sanchez formed a special group to investigate the shooting. The identities or nationalities of the victims have not yet been made public. According to Fox 8’s report, the Red Cross of Mexico took the injured to a hospital in northern Baja California.

In Mexico, on Monday (May 15) of this week, police officials informed that three people were killed in a shooting incident, while two people were injured. Policemen were also included in these. The firing incident was carried out in the city of Farmington at around 11 am. Farmington Police Deputy Chief Barrick Crum said during a press conference that the shooting was a man firing in the street.
