Microsoft regains world’s most valuable company title as Jensen Huang’s Nvidia loses top spot

Microsoft: Microsoft has once again become the most valuable company in the world. Nvidia’s share price fell 3.4 percent on Thursday, making Microsoft the most valuable tech company again after losing its crown within days. Both companies are still well above the Rs 3 trillion mark. Nvidia was ahead on Tuesday, which was the first time the chip maker managed to reach the top rank.

After a 3.54% fall in Nvidia shares on Thursday, the company’s market capitalization dropped to $3.22 trillion while Microsoft’s current market capitalization is $3.31 trillion. It is noteworthy that Nvidia’s share price has increased three times so far this year.

Apple is still in third place. The market capitalization of all three companies is more than $3 trillion.

Nvidia’s share price fell the most on Thursday, but Microsoft and Apple’s share prices also fell after big gains in the past few weeks.
