Even though the tremors of this earthquake were mild, many people came out of their homes due to this panic. Giving information about this earthquake, the National Center for Seismology said that an earthquake of magnitude 2.5 occurred at around 9.30 pm tonight, 8 km west of New Delhi. The depth of the earthquake was 5 km below the ground.

Earlier, earthquake tremors were felt in Tura, Meghalaya on Thursday morning. Its intensity was said to be 3.4. The epicenter of the earthquake was 5 km inside the ground. On the other hand, on November 22, earthquake tremors were also felt in Leh and Kargil in Ladakh. Its intensity was 4.3 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was 191 km away from Kargil.
Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR a few days ago as well. The epicenter of the earthquake was in Dadeldhura, Nepal. Its intensity was measured at 5.4 on the Richter scale. Giving information, the National Center for Seismology had told that an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale occurred in Nepal. The epicenter of this earthquake was at a depth of 9 kilometers from the surface. This earthquake was so strong that its tremors were felt in many states of India including Delhi-NCR.
At the same time, EMSC had tweeted that the earthquake was felt 69 km east of Dadeldhura in Nepal. This place is 212 kilometers away from Joshimath in Uttarakhand. Earthquake tremors were also felt at many places including Pithoragarh, Munsiyari and Gangolihat in Uttarakhand.
