While distributing appointment letters to 2,846 newly selected lecturers and assistant teachers of government secondary schools at an event held at Lokbhawan under Mission Rozgar, the CM said “during your school, you must have adopted the education policy of 1986, but from 2022 you will adopt the new education policy. Education should not be just bookish knowledge, but new innovation will be brought in. This has been taken care of in the new education policy and you all have to prepare for the same.”

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called upon the teachers to return to the golden days of government and aided secondary schools. The challenge before these educational institutions is to save the identity. Teachers have to come forward in order to change the image.

CM Yogi also guided the selected lecturers to fulfill their responsibility with sincerity. There is a need to build confidence in the new generation and the teachers should take a personal interest in every student, he added.

The CM insisted that the teachers in the State need to be aware of the education policies of the government. In this way, they can encourage and guide the youth in the right direction. “Many a time the students complain that they did not get the scholarships. It is the responsibility of teachers to inform the students regarding the same” he stated.

Our government has controlled the entire process and made it transparent. The effects are visible. In 2021, the unemployment rate of Uttar Pradesh has been reduced to 4.1% because of the transparency in providing employment. ”

Regarding the work on infrastructure development in the State, the CM further said that it is the result of the hard work of the government the state of Uttar Pradesh has become the second-largest economy of the country.
