Money Laundering Case: Jacqueline gets big relief, Patiala house court granted interim bail in 200 crore money laundering case

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes has got great relief in the case of 200 crore. Delhi's Patiala House Court has granted interim bail to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez. Jacqueline Fernandez got bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000.

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes has got great relief in the case of 200 crore. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has granted interim bail to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez. Jacqueline Fernandez got bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000.

The next hearing in the case would be held on October 22. The Enforcement Directorate had filed a supplementary charge sheet before the Prevention of Money Laundering Act court naming her as an accused.

Taking note of the charge sheet, the court had asked Jacqueline to appear on September 26.On August 17, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed its second supplementary charge sheet in the case naming her as an accused.

Let us inform that the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police had interrogated Jacqueline for about 8 hours in the case of cheating of 200 crores related to Sukesh Chandrashekhar. During interrogation, Jacqueline was seen avoiding answering some questions. Apart from Jacqueline, EOW had also summoned Pinky Irani. Pinky Irani helped Jacqueline talk about Sukesh. But in the interrogation, the questions of both did not match.
