How to keep semolina, maida, gram flour:

# Roast the semolina in the rain and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
# Put the maida in polythene and keep it in the fridge, keep in mind that the flour is well packed.
# Filter the gram flour through a fine sieve and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can also put cloves or bay leaves in it. It will not spoil in the rain.

How to keep whole red chili, chili powder, spices:

# Heat whole red chili in the microwave for a minute and then store it.
# To keep the chili powder safe, put some cloves in it, it will not get fungus.
