Mother of two children runs away with class eight student in Andhra Pradesh

Krishna: It is a common affair for young boys and girls to elope from their houses. In the exuberance of youth, they take such decisions in a hurry. Then their parents and relatives search from pillar to post.

But a bizarre incident has taken place in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh when a 30-year-old woman, who is the mother of two children, ran away with a 15-year-old boy . It is said that the woman from Gudivada town was closely attached to the boy who also lived in the same locality.

The incident became highlighted when a class 8 student didn’t reach his home and went missing on July 19. The family members of the boy turned anxious and started searching for him. Based on the boy’s father’s complaint, the police registered a case under the POCSO Act and launched an investigation.

The probe cleared the picture that the accused woman, identified as Swapna, and the minor boy, both had a close relationship and lived in the same locality.

Gudivada Town police Inspector Durga Rao stated that both the woman and the teenage boy were found on July 26 in Balanagar in Hyderabad.
