New Delhi: Motorola has finally launched the much-awaited Motorola Edge 30 in India. The handset is a mid-range offering that will compete against the likes of the OnePlus 10R and Realme GT 2 5G. The Motorola Edge 30 specs also include a segment-leading 144Hz refresh rate screen and 360Hz touch sampling rate for ultra-smooth animation and scrolling, a 5G capable Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, and a triple camera setup with 50MP sensors. The phone also boasts a 32MP selfie camera, a 4,020mAh battery, a 33W fast charging solution, and more.

The Motorola Edge 30 is available on Flipkart, Reliance Digital and leading retail stores starting May 12th, 12 noon onwards. Buyers can avail of a ₹2,000 discount on HDFC Bank credit card transactions.
It comes in two colour variants — meteor grey, and aurora green.

The Motorola Edge 30 runs a near-stock version of Android 12 out of the box. The company has promised two major Android and three years of security updates for the phone. The handset sports a 6.5-inch pOLED 10-bit display that bears FHD+ resolution, up to a 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a centred punch-hole for the selfie camera. At the core of Moto Edge 30 lies 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, which is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage onboard.
In optics, the Motorola smartphone packs a triple camera setup at the back that includes a 50MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a depth sensor. There is a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calling. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 is driven by a 4,020mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos support.
In terms of connectivity, the Motorola Edge 30 features 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, and NFC.
