Two Russian you tubers were arrested after entering the Imperial Twin Towers in Mumbai's Tardeo area on Monday.
Mumbai: Two Russian you tubers were arrested after entering the Imperial Twin Towers in Mumbai’s Tardeo area on Monday. Both men entered the towers, according to the Mumbai Police, in order to film a stunt. The video they recorded was shared on social media and went viral.
According to the police, a case has been filed against them under Sections 452 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Both were identified as Roman Proshin (33) and Maksim Shcherbakow (25).
The incident has been reported to the Russian Consulate, the Mumbai Police said.
In Mumbai’s billionaires’ row, there is a twin-tower residential skyscraper complex called “The Imperial.” There have been a number of wealthy people who have lived in the 60-story building.
Following the interrogation, the you tubers admitted that they reached the 58th floor of the building using stairs.
They were planning to shoot another video while performing a stunt to descend the building.
