Patna: After the Lok Sabha elections, NDA has now intensified preparations for the Bihar Assembly elections. Union Minister Chirag Paswan has targeted the leaders of opposition parties. He said that the public has decided that Bihar can develop only with a double engine government and NDA will contest elections in Bihar under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Even before this, many NDA leaders had talked about contesting the assembly elections on the face of Nitish Kumar.
At the same time, while talking to the media, Union Minister Chirag Paswan said that this time also the opposition had made many claims in the Lok Sabha elections that the account will not be opened and all kinds of things. What was the actual result? We won most of the seats in Bihar. My party has won 5 out of 5 seats. The public has decided that Bihar can develop only with a double engine government.
Along with this, Chirag Paswan also said that NDA will contest elections in Bihar under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Also, on JDU’s demand for special state status for Bihar, the Union Minister said, this demand has been of our people. Which party comes from Bihar and does not demand special state status? We ourselves are in favor of it. This is not politics of pressure.
