New generation Mahindra Scorpio-N cabin design and features officially revealed. Details here

New Delhi: The Indian auto major Mahindra will launch its Scorpio-N will make its global debut in India on June 27, 2022. On today Mahindra has officially revealed the interior images of the Scorpio-N that reveal some key features of the SUV.

The new-generation Mahindra Scorpio-N gets a complete revamp in the cabin complete with a better design and more tech onboard. This will bring a host of new tech to the SUV that was first seen on the XUV700. Moreover, the new Scorpio-N will get a 3D sound system from Sony.

The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N is 4,662 mm long; 1,917 mm wide; 1,870 mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,750mm. The ground clearance of new 2022 Scorpio is expected to be about 200 mm. The SUV will be offered with the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine and the new 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol. Both units will come paired with manual and automatic transmissions. A 4×4 variant will also be on offer.

The new Scorpio comes equipped with multiple comfort and convenience features for both driver and passengers. The SUV offers a high driving position and two-seating configurations – 6 and 7 seats. The former will have captain seats in the second row, while the 7-seater model will get bench-type seats in the 2nd and 3-row. The 6 and 7-seater variants 3rd row seats get 50:50 and 60:40 split function respectively. The new Mahindra Scorpio N seats come with height adjustable seat belts. Moreover, the driver gets electrically adjustable seat with lumbar seat.

The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N will include an electric sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a flat-bottom steering wheel, brown and black upholstery, and a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cabin also gets wireless charging, a dual pod instrument cluster with a MID unit, an engine start-stop button, cruise control, multiple drive modes, six airbags, roof-mounted speakers, and more.
