New Delhi: Satyendar Jain has got a big setback from Rouse Avenue Court. Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi government minister, who is lodged in Tihar Jail in money laundering case, has not got bail. The ED had opposed the bail of Delhi government minister Satyendar Jain in the Rouse Avenue Court. The court said that there is no ground to grant bail to Satyendra Jain.
Earlier, in the Satyendar Jain case, the ED had raided more than half a dozen places in Delhi. According to sources, some associates of Satyendra Jain have been raided. Recently, the ED had also raided the place of Delhi government minister Satyendar Jain and his associates in this case. At that time a total of 7 places were raided. In which 2.23 crore cash was found with Prakash Jeweller.
Apart from this, 41.5 lakh cash 133 gold coins were found in Vaibhav Jain. During the raid in this case, ED got 20 lakh cash from Prudence School chairman GS Matharu.
