Noida Police May Summon Singer Fazilpuria in Snake Venom Case After Elvish Yadav’s Arrest

Following the arrest of Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav in connection with the snake venom case, Noida Police is considering sending a notice to singer Fazilpuria regarding the ongoing investigation.

Noida Police May Summon Singer Fazilpuria in Snake Venom Case

Elvish Yadav’s recent arrest has drawn attention due to his alleged involvement in providing snake venom at a rave party, prompting authorities to widen their inquiry. Reports suggest that Noida Police is poised to investigate singer Fazilpuria’s role in the matter, following revelations made by Yadav during interrogation.

According to Elvish Yadav, he attended a party hosted by Fazilpuria where the infamous snake video was recorded. This footage, capturing Elvish and Fazilpuria with a snake, has become a focal point of the police investigation, alongside inquiries into Fazilpuria’s association with snake charmer Rahul.

Elvish Yadav’s confession during interrogation has shed light on his interactions with all arrested individuals, including Rahul, at various rave gatherings.

Elvish Yadav has been charged under the stringent 29 NDPS Act, reserved for individuals involved in drug-related conspiracies such as trafficking. Bail under this act is challenging to secure, indicating the seriousness of the allegations against him.

The ongoing investigation stems from a previous raid conducted by Noida Police, acting on a complaint from the People For Animals (PFA) organization. The raid, which resulted in the arrest of five individuals, including Elvish Yadav, was prompted by allegations of organizing rave parties involving poisonous snakes.

Notably, nine venomous snakes were seized during the raid, leading to charges under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. Offenses such as removing venom glands from snakes carry severe penalties, including up to seven years in prison.

Elvish Yadav’s legal troubles have intensified further with recent reports of his involvement in a physical altercation with YouTuber Sagar Thakur (Maxtern) in Gurugram, adding another layer of complexity to his ongoing legal battles.
