Noida: Zomato delivery boy run over by District Judge’s car, dies on the spot

Police have told that the Toyota Corolla car hit the delivery boy's bike, after which the victim died in the hospital.

New Delhi: A speeding car with the sticker of District Judge rammed into a food delivery motorcycle. The motorcycle delivery boy (Zomato Delivery Boy) has died in this accident. Noida Police officers have given detailed information about this incident. This incident comes under the jurisdiction of Sector 113 police station of Noida. According to police, it happened late at around 1.30 am near Parthala Golchakkar, under Noida sector 113 police station limits.

Information The 27-year-old Zomato delivery executive was rushed to a private hospital in Bisrakh after the accident, but succumbed to his injuries during treatment. A local police officer said that the car driver also fled from the spot after the accident.

A police officer said, “Officials of Sector 113 police station were informed about a road accident near a U-turn between Ek Murti roundabout and Parthala roundabout at around 1.30 am. A car hit a bike rider.” Was hit, who was taken to the actual hospital for treatment.”

In this incident officer said that the bike rider has been identified as Parvinder Kumar, a native of Bulandshahr but he is currently living in Ghaziabad, he died during treatment. He worked as a delivery executive with Zomato.

According to the information, after the post-mortem, the family of the bike rider was informed and the body was sent for post-mortem. A local police officer said that the Toyota Corolla car involved in the accident had a “District Judge” sticker on its bonnet. Police officer Pramod Kumar said that an FIR has been registered in the matter under sections 304A (causing death by negligence) and 279 (rash driving) of the Indian Penal Code.
