Odisha: Fire breaks out in Secunderabad-Agartala Express train in Brahmapur

Bhubaneswar: A fire broke out in a coach of the Secunderabad-Agartala Express train on Tuesday. Due to which there was panic among the passengers on board. Passengers got off after smoke was detected at Berhampur railway station in Orissa.

Bhubaneswar: A fire broke out in a coach of the Secunderabad-Agartala Express train on Tuesday. Due to which there was panic among the passengers on board. Passengers got off after smoke was detected at Berhampur railway station in Orissa.

Smoke billowed from the electrical installation of B5 AC coach. After this, the passengers who got down from the train demanded a change of coach.

According to information, when the train stopped at Berhampur railway station, passengers saw smoke coming out of the AC coach. Fire officials rushed to the spot after the railway officials informed about the fire.

The fire was brought under control after 45 minutes of effort. The train was dispatched from the station after the fire was brought under control.

There is fear of the train accident in Balasore in the minds of the people. Explain that the Shalimar-Chennai Coromandel Express collided with a stationary goods train, causing several coaches to derail on the adjacent track.

Subsequently, the Howrah Express going from Yesvantpur to Howrah at high speed collided with the affected coaches and derailed. 275 people lost their lives and more than 1000 people were injured in the accident.
