On camera, 30-year-old man publicly thrashed, stabbed to death in Delhi

In a shocking incident, CCTV visuals showed a 30-year-old man was brutally attacked and stabbed to death by two men in full public view. As per the captured visuals, people were seen passing by emotionless even as the armed assailants stabbed the victim several times.

New Delhi: A 30-year-old youth was brutally stabbed to death in Delhi’s Badarpur area. It can be clearly seen in the CCTV how three attackers are killing a young man named Keshav with a knife. The attackers stabbed him several times with a knife one after the other. Later, during treatment, the young man died in the hospital. According to the police, on December 18, Keshav had a fight with the accused, for which he was killed in revenge. Police is searching for the attackers.

According to information, Keshav alias Kake (30) lived with his family in Tajpur hill. Four youths nabbed him near his house on Tuesday night. As per the CCTV footage, Kake was pleading to save himself but the assailants were attacking him with a knife. During this the people around passed by but no one saved him.

Some people are seen casually walking through the lane, while others watch on as the man is thrashed and later stabbed. No one intervenes in the fight or tries to rescue the victim.

Keshav was later rushed to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where he was declared dead on arrival, officials said.

Police said the three men have been arrested, and a knife – which was allegedly used in the crime – has been recovered from their possession.

“Kohinoor and Vicky had been involved in several criminal cases in the past. The third accused is a minor”, a police official said. Keshav also had a criminal history. Keshav and the accused got into a heated argument last week, following which they decided to teach him a lesson, police said.
