Himachal Pradesh: In Himachal Pradesh, the number of people who died due to disaster is increasing every day. With three new deaths on Thursday, the death toll in the state has gone up to 330. Due to increasing incidents of landslides in the state, 1957 houses have been destroyed and 9344 houses have suffered partial damage. Meanwhile, 293 shops and 4072 gaushalas have collapsed in the flood water.

IMD issues orange alert for heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh today

Shimla: The Indian Meteorological Department predicts heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in different parts of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday. The local meteorological department has issued an 'orange' alert for the state on Saturday. The Meteorological Department has also issued a 'yellow' alert for heavy rain at some places from July 23 to 25.
