Qaiser Farooq was a close associate of Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack. Imam Mufti Qaisar Farooq of Jamia Masjid Abu Bakr in Port Qasim, Karachi, Sohrab Goth, when he approached the mosque, two unidentified bikers opened fire on him. He was a resident of Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the information received by local police, 30-year-old Qaiser Farooq was shot dead in a “targeted attack” near a religious institute in the Samanabad area on Saturday.

In the attack, A 10-year-old boy was also wounded. The news and video of Lashkar terrorist Qaiser Farooq shot dead in Karachi comes days after claims that Hafiz Saeed’s son has gone missing and that the ISI has been unable to locate him.

According to the police, Farooq was shot by unidentified assailants in the back, after taken to the hospital, where he died during treatment. Claimed CCTV footage of Farooq murder is being circulated on social media.
