On information about the clash, joint teams of police and other security forces rushed to the spot and stopped the exchange of fire between the rival tribes, the official said. Here there was a conflict between two tribal tribes regarding the delimitation of the mine.

The bodies and the injured have been shifted to Peshawar hospital, he said. Police said the exact number of injured was not immediately known, but the firing from both sides caused several casualties. An FIR has been registered in connection with the incident at Darra Adam police station.

It has been told that the dispute between the two tribes regarding the delimitation of the coal mine has been going on for the last few years and several attempts have been made to reconcile the deadlock.
