Pakistan is not desisting from its nefarious activities. BSF has succeeded in killing a Pak drone at BOP Darya Musa in Ramdas sector of Amritsar. Search operation is going on now.
Amritsar: The Border Security Force (BSF) has shot down a Pakistani drone at BOP Darya Musa in Ramdas sector of Amritsar. BSF has also recovered more than three kilos of heroin packed in three packets along with the drone. The special thing is that this Pakistani drone has been shot down by two women soldiers of BSF, Preeti and Bhagyashree.
The drone that these women soldiers have shot down is a Chinese made drone. Also BSF recovered 1 hexacopter in partially damaged condition along with one suspicious item in white colored polythene and that is drugs. Heroin tied with the drone is said to be worth Rs 21 crore in the international market.
The heroin packet is yet to be opened by the Border Security Force. It will be checked by the bomb disposal squad to see if it is an explosive material. However, BSF believes that in the preliminary investigation, it looks like heroin. BSF women constables Preeti and Bhagyashree have brought down this drone. He has been patted on the back by BSF officers. It is irrelevant that smugglers and terrorists are now trying to spoil the environment of Punjab.
It is worth noting that a few days before this, the soldiers of BSF’s 58 Battalion posted at BOP Chauntra, which comes under Sector Gurdaspur of BSF, had shot down a Pakistani balloon flying on the border. Immediately after the incident, BSF’s DIG Prabhakar Joshi had taken stock of the Pakistani balloon that had fallen on the border. Pakistan is not desisting from its nefarious activities on the border.
