Mumbai: Bollywood playback singer Palak Muchhal started singing at the age of just four years. The playback singer is also very interested in social work. Till now, Palak has saved the lives of 3000 children by undergoing heart surgeries.

Palak Muchhal’s name has been registered in ‘Guinness Book of Records’ and ‘Limca Book of Records’

Alok’s surgery was successful on Wednesday. With this, along with Alok, the number of poor children undergoing heart surgery has now reached 3000. Let us tell you that Palak’s name has been registered in ‘Guinness Book of Records’ and ‘Limca Book of Records’ for her social work. Apart from this, she has also been honored with different awards by the Government of India and many other institutions.

Palak Muchhal was born on 30 March 1992 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Her father’s name is Rajkumar Muchhal, who is an accountant in an organization. Her mother’s name is Amita Muchhal. She has a younger brother Palash Muchhal. She is married to Indian Hindi film music director, lyricist-composer and singer Mithun Sharma.

Palak Muchhal is fluent in 17 languages, awarded Doctorate Degree for Global Peace by USA

Palak Muchhal has studied Hindustani classical music. Along with this, she is completely proficient in 17 languages. She did her schooling from Queens College, Indore. Muchhal told that she has studied up to B.Com from a college in Indore. Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award, formerly known as National Children’s Award for Exceptional Achievement, in (2000) to Palak Muchhal. It is India’s highest civilian honor for children, awarded annually by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Palak Muchhal was awarded (2021) a Doctorate for Global Peace by the American University USA.

Palak Muchhal told the media that she is treating many children who need heart surgery. With this, she wants to complete 3,000 surgeries and treat about 400 more children. In this conversation, he said that it feels like a dream that a small initiative which was started by a small girl has become such a big cause today. This has become an important part of my life. Those 3,000 children are like my family to me.

Palak Muchhal said that there are still more than 400 children whom she wants to get treated. Even today, every concert of mine is dedicated to those heart surgeries. Those children wait for Palak Didi’s concert and our surgery and I pray that God gives me so much strength that I can pursue this wish of mine.

Started Bollywood career in 2011 with the film Damadam

Palak Muchhal started her Bollywood career in the year 2011 with the film Damadam. After that she sang songs for ‘Na Jaane Kabse’, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘From Sydney with Love’, ‘Aashiqui 2’ and the Bengali film Rocky. But Palak got success in Hindi cinema with the films ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Aashiqui 2’. She has sung songs like Kaun Tujhe, Naiyo Lagda, Hua Hai Aaj Pehli Baar and Dhokha Dhaadi.

Palak has been active in social activities since she was just five years old. During the Kargil war in 1999, he collected donations for the families of martyrs by singing songs at shops and street corners. Palak used to help poor children by collecting donations by performing her singing in public.

After that she started doing stage shows abroad with her brother Palash, whatever money she earns from those stage shows, she donates it to poor children. He has named his exhibition “Dil Se Dil Tak”. Palak sings an average of 40 songs in her performances, which include famous songs, bhajans and ghazals from Hindi films.

In 2001, Palak collected a donation of Rs 10 lakh to help the earthquake victims of Gujarat. Palak’s sympathy towards children is not limited to India only. In July 2003, Palak offered financial assistance to a Pakistani girl who was suffering from heart disease and had come to India for treatment. Palak or her family members do not get any personal benefit from the money of this social organization. The beneficiaries accept a doll as a token of Palak from the children.
