Palghar: 4 Including Senior police officer dead after RPF jawan onboard Jaipur-Mumbai train opens fire

Jaipur Express Train Firing: Firing incident in a Jaipur to Mumbai train coming to fore from Palghar, Maharashtra. A Railway Protection Force jawan shot dead four people inside the Jaipur Express train near Palghar railway station on Monday. The jawan fired from his automatic weapon killing another RPF jawan and three passengers on board the train.

Palghar: Firing incident in a Jaipur to Mumbai train coming to fore from Palghar, Maharashtra. Bullets have been fired in the B5 bogie of the train. Four people have died in this incident of firing in the train. It is being told that this incident of firing in the train took place at around 5 am. And the one who fired the bullet is said to be a soldier of the Railway Protection Force. RPF constable Chetan Singh, who shot, has been caught.

Western Railway said that after crossing the Palghar station, an RPF constable fired inside the moving Jaipur Express train. After shooting an RPF ASI and three other passengers, the accused jumped out of the train near Dahisar station. The accused constable has been taken into custody along with the weapon.

According to an official, the jawan fired from his automatic weapon, killing another RPF jawan and three passengers on the train. The train was going from Jaipur to Mumbai. Palghar is about 100 km from Mumbai.

After shooting an RPF ASI and three other passengers, the accused jumped out of the train near Dahisar station. Western Railway said that the accused constable has been taken into custody along with the weapon. More details are awaited.

The incident happened around 5 am on Monday morning. This firing took place in the B 5 coach of the train. In the firing, 4 people died due to bullet injuries. Although the reason for the firing is yet to be ascertained, but it is being told that there was a tussle and argument between the RPF constable and his senior ASI over some issue. After which the constable fired furiously in anger. The firing took place on a train between Palghar and Mumbai in the Dahisar area. RPF constable Chetan is said to be under mental stress.
