According to the sources, the shortlisted properties are in the vicinity of Rs 100 crore to Rs 150 crore.

The list of properties includes educational institutions, residences and agricultural lands in Kashmir and flats in Delhi allegedly owned by Geelani, his two sons, Naseem and Nayeem, and daughters Anisha, Farhat, Zamshida, and Chamshida.

On top of the ladder is a prime seven-acre land which houses one Unique Public School at Dooru village in Baramullah.

Since Geelani is growing old, his main agenda at this juncture is the land to be bequeathed to his family members.
