Pradeep Sarkar as a director has given films like ‘Parineeta’, ‘Helicopter Eela’, ‘Laga Chunri Mein Daag: Journey of a Woman’, ‘Lafange Parinde’, ‘Mardaani’ to Bollywood. In such a situation, the industry is also shocked by the news of his sudden death. However, the cause of his death is yet to be confirmed.

Pradeep Sarkar worked on projects like ‘Neel Samandar’ (2019), ‘Forbidden Love’ (2020) and ‘Kaisi Paheli Zindgani’ (2021) in the past few years and soon followed up with a film on the age gap between parents and children. were coming. He is counted among the top directors of Bollywood, but he was not only a director but also a great writer. Before entering films, Pradeep Sarkar worked in the world of advertising for years.

Taking to Twitter, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn condoled his demise on Twitter and wrote, “The news of Pradeep Sarkar’s demise, ‘Dada’ to some of us is still hard to digest. My deepest condolences. My prayers are with the departed and his family. RIP Dada (sic).”

Actress Neetu Chandra also confirmed his demise on Twitter. She was very close to Pradeep Sarkar and his sister Madhuri. She wrote, “Very sad to know about our dearest director @pradeepsrkar dada. I started my career with him. He had an aesthetic talent to make his films look larger than life. From #Parineeta #lagachunrimeindaag to a no. Of movies. Dada, you will be be missed. #RestInPeace (sic).”

Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee wrote, “Ohh! That’s so shocking! Rest in peace Dada (sic)!!”
