New Delhi: Now a days Rajya Sabha is in action so far 24 MPS suspended, today Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has been suspended for rest of the week for creating ruckus in Parliament. On Tuesday, he is accused of throwing paper on the chair, after which this action has been taken. He is the 24th such MP who has been suspended this time in the monsoon session.
Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh said that AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP threw a paper on the chair yesterday, after which he has been suspended from the House for the remaining days of this week. He also said that, yesterday Sanjay Singh told during our digital live that he had thrown the paper.
The suspended MPs are Sushmita Deb, Dr. Shantanu Sen, Dola Sen, Mausam Noor, Shanta Chhetri, Nadimul Haque, Abhiranjan Biswas (all Trinamool Congress), Hameed Abdullah, R Giriranjan, NR Elango, M Shanmugam, S Kalyansundaram (and Kanimozhi). All DMK), BL Yadav, Damodar Rao Divakonda and Ravihandra Veddiraju (all TRS), AA Rahim and V. Shivdasan (both CPI-M) and Santosh Kumar (CPI).
Union Minister and BJP leader Piyush Goyal said, “The decision to suspend the MPs was taken with a heavy heart, they were constantly ignoring the appeal of the Chairman. Apart from this, 19 members of Rajya Sabha have been suspended for a week. Among them Mausam Noor, L. Yadav, V. Sivadasan, Abir Ranjan Biswas, Sushmita Dev, Shanta Chhetri, Mohammad Abdullah, AA Rahim, Kanimozhi, Dr. Shantanu Sen, Nadeem-ul-Haq and Dola Sen. These MPs have been suspended for raising slogans by entering the well.
These Congress MPs were suspended from Lok Sabha
It is being told that in the Rajya Sabha, these MPs also threw a paper on the Deputy Chairman Bhuvneshwar Kalita by shouting slogans. Earlier, there was uproar in Lok Sabha also. Four Congress MPs were suspended from the remaining session of Lok Sabha after sloganeering against inflation, unemployment, GST.
