Pathaan Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 2: Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham's Pathan film is minting silver at the worldwide box office.
New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ has created a stir at the box office within two days. The film is making new records of earnings and is moving fast at the box office. ‘Pathaan’ has earned around Rs 219 crores worldwide within two days.
Yash Raj Films told that Pathaan has earned around Rs 106 crore worldwide on the first day. While on the second day the film has earned Rs 113.6 crore worldwide. Yash Raj Films has given this information. In this way, the film has created a new record by earning Rs 219.6 crore within two days.
Taran Adarsh tweeted: “All BO records demolished. Pathaan creates history on Day 2 as well. First Hindi film to near ₹ 70 crore on a single day. Wed 55 cr, Th 68 cr (Republic Day). Total: ₹ 123 cr. The film hit a second century on Day 2 with worldwide earnings at over ₹ 219 crore.

Several other firsts have piled up as well – Pathaan opened in 8,000 screens worldwide, the highest for any Hindi film; 300 shows were added by exhibitors after the very first screening. Pathaan sold about 5.5 lakh tickets in advance bookings, second only to the Hindi dub of KGF: Chapter 2 in terms of Hindi films.
Film is produced by Aditya Chopra while the film is directed by Siddharth Anand. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the film stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana. The budget of the film is said to be around Rs 250 crore. In this way the film has come very close to recovering its cost.
