New Delhi: Simranjeet Singh scored two goals as India made a strong comeback after falling twice to beat Germany 5-4 in the Olympic hockey match on Thursday. With this, India won the bronze medal in the Olympics after 41 years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised this achievement of the Indian Men’s Hockey Team and congratulated him on the victory.
